No, the Dea does not have jurisdiction there.
They got smoke, and it looks like the seven angels are in control there.

The Bible 2 Samuel 22
Smoke rose from his nostrils; consuming fire came from his mouth, burning coals blazed out of it. He parted the heavens and came down;
dark clouds were under his feet.

The Bible Isaiah 14:31
Wail, O gate! Howl, O city! Melt away, all you Philistines! A cloud of smoke comes from the north, and there is not a straggler in its ranks.

The Bible Revelation 15:8
And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

The Bible Revelation 19:3
And again they shouted: "Hallelujah!
The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever."

Did Jesus SMOKE while he was here on earth? I know he ate and drank. So, I would expect there will be eating and drinking, but probably no smoking, unless you're thinking about the opposite direction where there is lots of fire going on.

Who needs money there? I certainly hope not. That is a real refreshing change from this world we live in. The DEA shouldn't have to enforce laws because they will be out of a job.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME! When we get to heaven there will be no need to get stoned. There will be no black market! There will be no marijuana! There will be no DEA! There will be no pot dealers in heaven! Well maybe ex-potdealers that gave their lives to God. Thank goodness for that.

We won't have cravings for things we used to have here on earth When the Lord retuns for us He will make our bodies new and perfect the way He meant for us in the beginning.

To even expect sinful things to be in Heaven is ridiculous anyway. There will be no sin or sinful thoughts or deeds in Heaven. We will be in the prescence of pure goodness for the rest of our lives. If that sounds boring to you right now, once you are there you will definitely embrace it.

I WAS a pot dealer and I'm going to be there , but I'm sure I'll want my mind focused on something greater than the small world that I left behind.

No, you got it all wrong. You don't have to buy it in heaven. There are just coffeeshops around (like in Amsterdam) with unlimited supplies of the best chronic. FREE OF CHARGE.

if this is what you want more power to you as this is expressing your free will. hope to have a different experience than this for my free will would be something completely opposite of yours. doubt if there will be any use for money as this is an earthly materialistic concept.
