Why?

A friend of mine recently admitted that he chose not to participate in his high school graduation exercise, no cap or gown, but instead he picked up his diploma at school. I told him if I did that, my family would hit the roof and force me to go.

Facts:
Nov: Dated a "preacher" for a few months (he's 29)
Jan: Noticed he would lie about little stuff (to grandparents about wherabouts, etc.)
Never paid his friend who fixed his car(500, new engine, etc) nor picked it up
Feb: Lazy (not help around the house when asked) (lives w/ Aunt & grandparents)
Mar: Got me pregnant (found out)
Got fired from Job (disloyal; looking for another job) (we worked together)
Apr: Never repaid me $400 for car loan (2 week loan)
Supposedly had another job for 1 mo. (!!no check!!)
Never showed up when i was in the ER easter Sunday (said he was going out to eat w/ the bishop @ 11pm , & "got stuck" in another county 4 3 days)
Broke up w/ him Mon. after easter (too many signs of a deadbeat)
Put on bed rest for the duration of pregnancy
May: Got rehired, same job
Jun: Paid me back $50
07/25/07 Found out he was fired for stealing $3000 cash, purses, jewelry, fragrances, ect. in June. Looking at 5yrs max.

I want the lid with the ring to be open.
She wants it closed with the ring down.

How comes im wrong in this absolute 50/50 situation ALWAYS??

No. Im not wetting the floor and no im not 10000 things not related to this.
And if its the look of the commode that is a problem i wonder why the commode estetics say its more 'nice' when its down.Furthermore have i never met anyone that stands around the báthroom "to watch my lovely commode" so can it!

Personally, I think it'll be New Orleans. I think they feel guilty for not having it there this year. As you may or may not know, it was supposed to be held there this year, but in 2005, the planning crew got freaked out when they were stranded by Katrina (although unlike the residents of New Orleans, they all got out safely), and they decided to move it to Orlando.

My guess is that they'll announce that the 2010 one will be in New Orleans.

(Has anyone thought of having it in St. Louis?)

who has the jurisdiction? is it the council? the land owner? is there some kind of process you have to go through to get it authenticated?

I've just come across a ruler in my office which is a promotional one from a company in strawberry street- Hull- got me thinking....
