You are correct that there is an Almighty God:
"You alone, Jehovah, are the God above all other gods in supreme charge of all the earth." (Psalms 83:18)
However, he says about death:
"The soul that is sinning--it itself will die." (Ezekiel 18:4)
"His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground; In that day his thoughts do perish." (Psalm 146:4)
Human life begins when a sperm "& egg unite, not in the spirit realm, or as any other earthly life form. Death is the complete cessation of life. That means that reincarnation is not factual. Which in turn means that you have had no past lives to make mistakes in, & suffer for now.*
God doesn't cause our problems though, even if or when he is annoyed with us...

Jehovah values each one of us, even those who are being quite bad!:

Is there a remedy for Death...? Yes! Resurrection.

If you accept the truth of Jesus, ask Him for forgiveness and ask Him to come into your life and your heart, your past will be forgiven. You not only confess your sins but repent and never do them again. God loves you, no matter where you live.
