Personally, I think it'll be New Orleans. I think they feel guilty for not having it there this year. As you may or may not know, it was supposed to be held there this year, but in 2005, the planning crew got freaked out when they were stranded by Katrina (although unlike the residents of New Orleans, they all got out safely), and they decided to move it to Orlando.
My guess is that they'll announce that the 2010 one will be in New Orleans.
(Has anyone thought of having it in St. Louis?)

Before I read your details, my thought was that they will have it in St Louis. I'm not sure that New Orleans will be up to snuff by 2010, and since the gatherings are in the summer, there is a possibility of bad weather that is different from the weather in St Louis.
