Just because my answer isn't "nice", why then is it a violation? I've insulted no one, I've made no statements, I answered a question and shared my opinion on why I chose the answer I did. The question was rhetorical in nature anyway, so why then do I get penalized for supplying an answer to a question with no real answer? Does anyone else find this to be facist behavior? Only think what yahoo staffers "want" you to think, otherwise you risk "deletion"? Why aren't racists deleted? And what do you think about the theory that the yahoo societies & cultures racists are acutally yahoo staffers? They seem to never get banned, or have their IP's suspended like the guidelines threaten. I see them everyday. Why is this?

These are legitimate questions for which I seek legitimate answers.

I'm intrigued to see if anyone else has this! Do you find that amongst your friends and family, you have a higher number of birthdays in May than in any other month?

Is there a reason for this? Obviously in nature, it's advantageous for babies to be born in the Spring/Summer - so in light of a 9 month pregnancy, are we as a species more sexually active and/or more fertile in August?

I just find that in my calendar, I have one or two birthdays in each month, but May seems to have more like 5 or 6!

This morning I caught one of the supporting actors speaking on the BBC about his role in the new Die Hard film. He said his role was fine, but he wished he could have used a gun and been "cool", he said that with total honesty and enthusiasm, and it really struck me how he and seemingly most young people have such a deep conviction that guns are "cool" and to use/hold a gun is "cool".

We all know that guns kill and are filthy things of death, sorrow, and pain, so WHY is it that young people are still so convinced that guns are "cool", when many of them have seen the consequences of using them with their own eyes, so they know that in reality guns are horrific and the total opposite of "cool"?

Plus - don't you think one of the two presenters sitting with the actor should have at least said something about his comment, because I think it was totally out of order in today's gun culture for a Hollywood actor to say that on national BBC TV??

I am a black man and I wonder why we love our women(black and white) with extra padding. For me, I love women that dont look like stick figures and got meat on their bones. White men on the other hand think its repulsive to see big butts and thighs. Why are we so different in the embrace of women. They call the women fat and unattractive when they are slightly larger, most black men call that sexy. Why the big difference? I dont get it. I love my big sisters and wouldnt have it any other way black or white women alike.....

I'm sure that some of you have heard about the Manhunt 2 game being banned. But how come it's not o.k to have violent video games that are properly certified and regulated, but it's o.k for kids to watch trash like Big Brother and see slags like Paris Hilton and Christina Agulera (Spelling?) flashing their bits all over daytime t.v?

Like when I'm on IRC, they might say "I know where you're from" they looked me up. Or just some stalking googling or looking at my Answers profile and openly admit that they have stalked me.

Imagine like in real life, someone used a school PC to look your school profile up then they come and tell you about it, you would beat them up senseless.

I have a full time day job and wait tables at night for some extra cash. Well, one of the other servers is on vacation, 2 are out on maternity leave, hence they're making me work 6 days a week, in addition to my day job. I ALWAYS have Saturdays off and I have to work at least the next 2. I mean, I understand that I have to help them out, but the only thing that keeps me going is my Saturdays. Now, I don't even feel like getting out of bed in the morning. It's making me depressed. My best friend is leaving for Oklahoma for vacation in 2 weeks and I won't be able to see her before she goes.

Does anyone else work this much? How do you cope with it???

Alcohol is the main cause of and the main excuse for gormless violence in the streets and also especially domestic violence. Alcohol kills brain cells and alters/distorts human judgement and decisions. Between class a drugs like cocaine and alcohol both these alters a persons behaviour pattern and yet smoking tobacco products have been treated with witch-hunts, humiliating smokers by saying they smell and making them look like nerds by standing outside. Smokers are also being blamed killing people, yet if you take drugs or drink alcohol you are accepted and treated nicely, is it me or is this really happening?

Is our time on this planet nearing its climax. We are so smart now that we know the secret behind Gods most wondrous creation. (DNA) We have built weapons capable of wiping ourselves out in the blink of an eye and we have entire nations of people who are prepared to die to wipe out the western world. We are surrounded by all manners of evil and temptation from such an early age and bullying is now so rife that 3 children have taken their own lives in one village in Northern Ireland in a couple of months. If people are so cruel so young, how will we survive the next generation. If we dont nuke ourselves then we will damage the Earth and her resources beyond repair soon anyway.
