I'm intrigued to see if anyone else has this! Do you find that amongst your friends and family, you have a higher number of birthdays in May than in any other month?
Is there a reason for this? Obviously in nature, it's advantageous for babies to be born in the Spring/Summer - so in light of a 9 month pregnancy, are we as a species more sexually active and/or more fertile in August?
I just find that in my calendar, I have one or two birthdays in each month, but May seems to have more like 5 or 6!

Both my parents are born in May, as are various friends and family.

I have no idea why that is but my birthday is in may, my sister was suppose to be born in may bit they took her out early and both my brother and sister in-law were born in may. Oh yeah and so was like 3 siblings on my father's side. So I guess there are a usually high number of people born in may..interesting...

Because people have a lot of sex in September when it gets cold. 9 months later the babies are born in spring. Many animals use this cycle as well.

the nights begin to turn darker in september, and being born in may is closer to summer so there will be plenty food for baby.

august is traditionally the holiday season hence May is quite productive when having a stork deliver
