i was driving to work today and in front of me is this very large Ford Truck...just guzzlin the gas as it's driving along.
well, i get close enough to it to see some bumper stickers on the back tailgate....
and to my surprise they are ENVIRONMENTAL stickers....like "keep our rivers clear".

i had to do a little chuckle. anyone else find this amusing??
and, i suppose a bit sad.....

If people have to say "To be honest with you..." or "Frankly.." before they speak are they lying otherwise?

When I hear people preface their comments that way I suspect they are testifying against themselves. If they were not "being honest" before then they were lying.

Would you still be thinking about this girl after the fact?

sleeping with a girl you think is really cute, and she is wearing only a big T-shirt, (nothing happens in bed, just cuddling) but knowing it can't ever work bewteen the two of you because you know her ex.

Whats with the whole 'tipping' thing in america?

Why is it on TV, americans tip money at resturants, for pizza delivery and even taxis?
Here in Australia, no mater what job it is, you get paid by your boss and tips dont exist. So, can somebody explain why america has tipping?

Why are Americans so obsessed with guns?

I cant understand this . In some states you can buy a gun in a shop at the age of 17. Yet you have to be 21 to buy alcohol. You Americans are clearly insane. Guns are for killing people with. Nothing else. Why sell them in shops.

Do you think serial killers should be put to death immediately in the fashion they killed?

I think there should be a law for these crazy people like the machete killer to be put to death immediately after confessing. True justice is where the killers get the same punishment they inflicted on others so they can feel and experience what the victims last moments were. Eye for eye.

Why is a yawn so infectious?

OK, I think most people have noticed it - if somebody yawns in a gropu of people, or an office, or classroom, or elevator - most people around also have the desire to yawn (and most do). Even if they are doing separate tasks (i.e., it is not likely that _all_ are bored or tired).

Does anyone have an idea why?
