I will always remember her, her lovely spirit and kind heart, her funny comments, her naughty little answers.
She will always be in our heart.

APG, what's this about? It isn't true, is it? If it is, I'll be devastated.

Why? How?

Please add an "additional detail" just saying whether this is serious or not. Please.

I'm adding this a few minutes later. I just did a Y!A Search and it is true. I feel weak as I type this. The only remaining hope is that it is some awful internet hoax in very poor taste. And I'm desperately hoping that that is what it is, since the truth is so painful.

She was a wonderful person to have around here. I followed her Q & A, was an admirer of hers and answered many many of her questions (though she never gave me a best answer[!] and probably never noticed me). I also remember that unpleasant issue with Miss Tea (although at the time in my naivete, I thought it had been their joint joke).

I've always felt a little bit of an outsider here on Y!A. I don't even have an avatar (but if I knew how to do a green smiley, I would). Yet this is the first time I wish I could reach out and hug people in this Y!A community. Starting with you, right now, APG.

I'm sorry that I'm going on and on, and not really coherent. I'm just shocked.

I didn't really know her, but I knew of her on Yahoo! Answers. Even still, her recent passing has struck a chord it me. I will always remember what I have seen and read about Ivana...a wonderful woman with the most beautiful smile. May she rest in peace.

Yes, definately. Poison Ivy had a good sence of humor, was helpful and kind. I still cannot believe she has passed. Like anyone else, I thought it was a sick joke or something, but it turned out it wasn't. I had been wondering for the past few days why I haven't seen or heard from her for a while. Today I found out why. It's a sad day, I think. Yes. I will remember her. If you need to talk, you know where I am. Take care.

APG -- Today, I would not have answered any question but this one.

Yes, I will remember Ivy until the day I join her.

I will remember the smile that brighten my days.

I will remember her "King Richard, you are my hero," which she always said with a wink or a grin. She made me feel proud without feeding my ego.

I will remember her comments about the Aussie title "Sheila," which she thought was so old fashioned.

I will remember her joy of life, her ability to make all of us comfortable, her sense of humor, her knowledge of fashion and make-up. But most of all that smile.

**tears**

I had to do some research to find out what you were talking about, I haven't been on here too much. And now that I know I just can't wrap my brain around it. It is shocking and very very sad. My heart goes out to her family and to all those on here who knew her. I did not know her well but always enjoyed reading her Q&A. She was always so funny and kind and left a lasting impression on me. I just can't believe it. I don't want to believe it.

I did not know her, but I am sure I will remember her now. Just the name, 'Poison Ivy', will invoke memories of this episode in my life. How, as just 'surfers', we can meet and become friends with someone without ever 'meeting' them. There is a community here, and I am feeling a part of it - and want to be a part of it.
Rest in Peace.
Rest in Peace?
Lively up Yourself, Ivy!
