I want to be more of a people person in the profession that i do-i am a chef. I am not mean or yell or anything-I just get pissed off when I am criticised. Most chef's are known for having people skill problems. why is that? i hate when i am criticized...seems like that happens a lot in my profession. I have been told that I tend to be rude or frank with people... I dont take it well, it upsets me. i guess becuase i give it my all in all... and i take it too serious. I consider myself a nice person, but I am staring to find out that others dont view me that way. How do ya lighten up and just enjoy it? how do ya not take criticism personal-it really bugs the crap outta me.

had you ever had true experience with ghost? and how did you dealt with it?

i had before wiht the apartment we've live here in china,before i rarely go out but when i had a new boyfriend there and rarely sleeps,,,whenever i go home and sleep at my bed i always get nightmare and comes to a point where i am never allowed to sleep alone at my room cause i need someone to wake me up.
and the thing is it didnt only happend to me,the only thing done is to leave. every band or people who stayed there have different stories to tell how they've been disturb by it.

So its about feeling safe.I dont have a problem with avatars i have one,on my 360 but how can not showing your pic make you feel safer?its just a pic there are millions of people in the World,no one can tell who you are or where you are from,from one pic.Dont you like to know what the people you communicate with look like?or is it that avatars are just fun,i mean i like to change the outfits on my avatar too!
