Because I don't want to get a Yahoo 360 just to be able to post a picture. That's a crock in itself. We should be able to just upload a picture, like on any other site in the freakin world. But actually, my avatar looks just almost just like me... if I were a cartoon. ;)

I don't because I don't have the equipment to download pictures on the computer I have at work. My Avatar looks a lot like me though, add about 50lbs!

Maybe they like the anonymity of the avatar but, I personally like to see who is asking or answering the questions.

Maybe they're afraid that stalkers will look up their picture to track them down? I don't know. I don't have any pictures of me on our computer, and I thought the avatar looked neat.

I asked that question just the other day on here. Mostly got responses saying ppl wanna hide their identity. Don't know why. I like having my pic there :)

i dont have a digital camera or any camera for that matter. i wish i could get the picture of me that my sister took of me (i was holding a guitar and she was sitting in a chair and i was standing it makes me look about 8 feet tall) it is a really cool pic

People always have an option either to reveal their faces or not. Its not a must and it has always been an option.

some people don't like the way they look and others just don't want everyone to know who they are. As for me, i can't figure out how to get them on.

Personally,I don't have a picture of myself on my computer.Also any fans of Dr. Who instantly recognize the Tardis,not me.
As for other people,I assume they have their own reasons.
