There would be no "kept" in the equation - one time would be enough to get me to raise my knee in an appropriate, pain-rendering manner! I would wager that would be the end of that!

Yuck!!! I would get away from them as quickly as I could and stay far away from them. If they keep following you tell the hostess what is going on and have her put a stop to it. It is the hostess responsibility to make sure everyone behaves since she invited everyone!
