Because races of people thrive when they have a common bond. There is a sense of belonging and sharing a common past. People want to feel good about themselves and their race..When around other races they will compare themselves up against them and see differences of good and or bad. They feel competitive towards them. Often having a sense of lower self worth and this is not a good feeling. Or the exact opposite..a sense of being superior to them. One of the most exceptional quality a person can have is to be accepting of others, their differences...and to see that there is good in every race.

Because of religion, they teach sin and hate, then they say love each other, don't get me wrong it not GOD, its religions
Christians are every where and they get elected to offices and make laws and it not just the Christians, catholic, Protestants, Jewish and the rest of them along with capitalism
Chrisianty and capitalism, both offer the hope of being rich but they give the crumbs to the workers and wonder why people do the things they do,

Its all about trust. each of us has our own safety zone, an environment that we feel safe in and know we can trust. depending on who we are, we either have a large safety zone or a small safety zone. That determines how open we are to new ideas or people.
new or different ideas scare people because that pulls them out of their safety zone which they trust.
