My friend has told me that I am very unconcentrated in my head as well as my spirit. He told me for months how great of a chaotic Pagan I would make, except I would need lots of practice to actually sit down, concentrate, and open my mind's eye in order to actually practice. I have been in a religious struggle for the last 3 years and have studied all the different religions, and still to this day am still not sure whether I should listen to my spiritual mother and pick up a Solitary Witch book, or listen to my friend's warning of being weary of my current status.
Now, Some points he made are obvious, and one in particular comes to mind: Be careful with Chaotic.
Should I settle down and try to do certain things like the healing Magick that I was born with (I'm Native American) while incorporating the chaotic into it? Or should I avoid doing anything and remain confused and unsure about everything?

I once heard about a woman who was killed right in front of her kids by being pulled into an escalator. Does anyone have information about it, or is is just the stuff of legend?

.....the thing goes....my parents have been trying to fix up my marriage and since sometime from few years back they have been trying to meet possible eligible suitors...quite a few years back it got nearly but broke just before the marriage could take place (I am thankfull to God for it though )....but however after that incident no positive development in the direction has taken so far even though a couple of eligible guys i came across (i felt would be the right kind of match) but somehow the desired results never materialised...then very recently my mum visited a lady who practises witchcraft n divinition (i respect the lady a real lot)...according to her it seems someone has hexed me n so all the matches fails n she has given me some magic potions to use to get rid of the curse....my question is is this hex a possible thing? if so will working on the magic words/using the potion help me? and what about the rule of 3? is this willful change of destiny?

first we have two well known sets (there may be more, i dont know)...the romans and the greeks...now for obvious reasons we know where they originated but my question is whose brainchild were they...i mean we "know" who wrote the bible but mythology is just that as stated by its name so we know it to be a bunch of stories....from what i understand the romans were more strict in adhering to the religious practices and beliefs set forth by these gods and the greeks were more laid back about it...we know that homer wrote the famous illiad and oddesey so were the origins of greek mythology his or what?....was someone just sitting around one day going "i think i'll make up some mythological gods and creatures today"...if so who?...or were these stories invented more for entertainment value?

Okay, I am in Economics and so far into the class, we've taken 3 test. Each test, I go down six points so I have a lot of 666. My scores were 79, 79, and now 67. As I was standing on the bus stop yesterday, I was in an ant bed with nothing but ants all over my shoe and pants. One of my so called friends are mad at me. And my computer might be infected with a virus. could this be a curse?

I've read the books, I understand what you do, the rituals are involved and take practice, but why do it? I see very little bottom line intrinsic difference between casting a spell and ordinary praying, or simply wishing real hard for something. Isn't it egotistical and self absorbed to think you have special powers to change the course of nature or affect the outcome of events. Sometimes the Magick works, and sometimes it doesn't, sometimes prayers are answered, wishes and dreams do come true. Plus it takes an awful lot of commitment, study and work to be a real practicing witch. Why do it, why put out all that extra effort, it seems to me that in the end you always lose a little something?

A Sleep Hypothetical........

If there was a way for you to no longer require sleep
Your body's physiological requirement of sleep no longer existed and you were in a permanent state of being freshly rested
Would you choose to give up sleep?

1. Yes - There is so much else I could do with that time. Specify what is so important.

2. No - I like sleep and dreams and would miss it.

3. Other -- Please write down
