We just had a baby 2 weeks ago, and my mom is going to babysit so we can go out for dinner together and get out from the baby. I want to get him something, at least something from our newborn daughter. We can't have a hot and wild time, since the baby thinks night is day time and I can't have sex yet either. I know there's other things we can do though.. But I wanted to get him something little. No candy or anything. Any suggestions?

Valentine's day is tomorrow and every year, I have to be sad about this. I don't have that Special person. I just falled in love with the word "Love".

What can I do to get out of this stress of not having a valentine? Should I just sleep right now because I'm just stressed out about this whole thing?

Should there be one day out of the year where love is celebrated like Valentine's Day? Or has it gotten so consumerized that it has become a mockery of love?

I've dated a girl twice in the last couple of weeks but she seems to have gone cold on me and says she cant see me again until next week. I was planning to send this text message to her tomorrow:
"WARNING: this message is extremely cheesey. Roses are red, violets are blue, chessecake tastes better, when I'm with you. Happy Valentines Day! ;-)"
We ate some yummy cheesecake on our last date. Do you think the message is ok? I wanted it to be humourous but also to show her that I like her without getting too soppy. Any suggestions for a well worded message would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I'm a mid-teenager and I have a girlfriend. We've only been dating for a week, but we have been interested in each other for a few months. What is the perfect gift? Not too pricey, not too cheap. I can't make anything either so that takes a few things outta the picture. Suggestions? Please help.

Everybody always seems to get SOMETHING. I haven't heard one person who's ever been completely "Valentineless". Stupid question I know but I've always wondered if those people exist.....

Ohhh the toils of V-Day. I was with a guy in the summer... things blew up, we didn't talk for 7 months, and then he contacted me again in December. The entire problem was that I was crazy about him and he didn't feel the same for me... so when he came back, I had this little hope that he had changed his mind.

Nope. Things blew up again after New Years... then we were on and off through the month of January. The only problem is, I can't stop thinking about him. We haven't talked for 2 weeks now, and I've been seeing someone else since January.

I'm spending my Valentines with Mr. New Guy, but I know I'll be thinking of Mr. Old Guy. I never did tell him I love him... but I have this feeling that it won't work out the way I want it.

Should I suck it up and admit I am missing him? Or should I give this new guy a chance and see if it has the potential of going anywhere?

I've never been in love before... LOTS of boyfriends, but never in love. Is it okay to leave the old guy behind?

My husband found cat puke splattered on the wall. From what I could understand, the cat had to have been sitting on the small table next to the couch, and facing the wall, PUKED as forcefully as that girl in the Exorcist movie!

I'm talking, splattered ... 3 feet wide and tall .. with little bits of kibbles and bits still in one piece!

What is wrong with this cat? Is he possessed? It is just not humanly possible for him to puke that hard, and why the f on the wall?

So glad my husband cleaned up that mess ... finders, keepers - not to his advantage this time, lol!

I hope I wont be labelled as a "cheapskate". I just don't want to buy in to the whole commercialization of Valentines. Just a rose stalk will do. And also how do I present it? Tie a ribbon? Any ideas? Illustrations perhaps?
