im going to get her an arangement of tulips in a bright color and i already made the cupcakes , im getting the flower and the card tonight , my question is should i go with the teddy bear or since we cant go to dinner since she is working should i make her a dinner and take it up with the stuff . we arnt going out yet but dating and im going to ask her out on vday too

I know you want to impress her so what you have already is good.
IF you are able to bring dinner and flowers after she gets off, do it. That's a nice memory to look back on. Skip the teddy bear, keep things simple. You really don't want to do to much.
If your old enough, bring some wine. I recommend a red wine (ask the liquor store people for their opinions) or go with a Barenger white Zinfandel. Don't be fooled, its pink, not white. Lots of women love it because its sweet.
