I plan on going out to dinner with my husband and giving him a new watch. Nothing too expensive, just spending alone time with him is good enough, we have four children so our alone time is limited. One of my best guy friends is going to give his girlfriend 2 dozen roses with a card that says "a rose for every hour of the day that you take my breath away". I thought that was very sweet. I would just think of something he or she likes and plan something involving that; a romantic movie, a nice dinner (cooked or at a restaurant), watching home movies of earlier years, sports (even if you are not to fond of them) and a few beers, anything that you can do together. Hope this helps!

This is an easy one... I am going to make her a chocolate covered strawberry bouquet that I will use as a centerpiece for her favorite meal which I will cook. This has been a tradition for us for 38 years. There will be a card and a gift, but this is the one gift that I believe really says, "Be My Valentine!"

My hubby is away in the Navy, so i ordered French chocolates from France. They are in a highly attractive box and come with a brass label attached that has the french word for love engraved on it. Inside are some very equisite chocolates. Then it is wrapped and sealed in wax with a heart. It is then put in a cotton bag which has a tie thingy. I opted to get the big heart lock that you can have personalized with your own code to open it. He has to guess. It is only 3 digits though. On the outside there is a card holder and i picked a cute card and i hope i wrote something on this inside..via the internet....it was kinda late when i ordered it..i had to be delirious because it was pricey...but for love....sometimes i like to do this.....i always seem to dig deep down for this holiday! HAPPY VALENTINES TO YOU!

We are going out to eat. I already gave him his Valentine stuffed gorilla and he gave me a tin of truffles. He will get whatever he wants in the bedroom. That is the plan for now.

my husband and i don't exchange gifts on valentine's day. we never have, not once in six years. he treats me like his valentine every day of the year, and i do the same. neither of us feels a need to buy a gift because the calendar says it's time to.

My metal-head husband will surely love the 2 disc Ozzy Osbourne collection I will give him tomorrow. And I am hoping he'll share some of the 1.5 lbs. of Wilburbuds he gets too. (They are a regional dark chocolate found in PA)
