My 13th birthday is on march 19th, and i dont know weather to go shopping with my mom or to have a small partyand get a few select gifts.
If i were to have a party..what would i do?
Or should i just go shopping and get whatever..?

I MRS. T declare Monday Feb. 26 CRAZY DAY! I am going to a department store and try on clothes. After I go into the dressing room and wait a minute I am going to yell loudly "there's no toilet paper in here!". i will be turning 16 in May and i am having a hard time coming up with a good sweet 16 party. originally i wanted to have it on a boat because i live on long island and have all my friends come in beach attire but it was wayy to expensive...i would still like the beach theme and dressing in beach attire..any ideas where i could have it on long island?

Okay they are coming around 2pm and then they are sleeping over.

I've run into many that feel that just because it's their birthday they deserve to have the day off of work. Hell, if you look in the "HOLIDAY" section of yahoo answers most of the questions are slacker kids asking about or commenting on their birthday.

We have a 3 car garage so what I was thinking was to do a nightclub theme with like blacklights, beacon lights and all my guests would have glowsticks. My neighbor is a DJ and he said he would DJ my party. Then in my kitchen i would have mock cocktails, soda and finger foods. My living room would be like a VIP lounge with a bunch of seating and a foosball table (which we would have to bring down from upstiars). So basically a nightclub with a dance area (garage), bar (kitchen) and VIP lounge (living room). Sound cool to you or is it lame?

if your born on Feb.29th a leapyear does that mean you celebrate your bday every four years? or every year on the 28th? and if you celebrate it on the 29th does that mean your four years younger?
