my friends birthday is comig up and i want to get him somthing.

Hey I grew up with a family of guys and I face this problem every year.
here are some suggestions that have worked pretty well for me... it'll all depend on the guy
-bake him a cake/cookies/dessert (guys love food!)
-make a man gift basket (fill with lots of "man" stuff.. I used a magazine basket and put peanuts, car mags, and of course beer)
-tickets! (either music concerts or sporting events)

Hello! Well you've left that quite open you know! How old is he? Is he in his 20's or 30's or older? Being the man I am myself I like electronics the best. Maybe an mp3 player or an accessory for a player of some type. How about tools if he's into fixing things. It's hard as you want to get something good that he'll enjoy as well as being functional perhaps. How about a couple of cd's or get him something he would not buy himself. Hope this helps.
