Absolutely! I'm an adult and would given myself a princess party! I recently saw an invitation for an adult's party that said "tiaras optional" at the bottom. I thought that was toooo cute!

absolutely! She would love it, Treasure the younger years with your little one. I always had great themed birthday parties for my daughter and now they are too old for that. They grow up fast, make the most of it :)
