Halloween

My husband and I are going as Dead Prom Queen and Kings and we need to know how to apply the right makeup on and what materials to use. I tried the BLack and White Stage Makeup, but want something more realistic and less goofy. Scarring and such would be great. Any tips out there?

I am a Christian, and my church sent piece of paper letting the parents of children know how halloween is about celebrating satan and all that, but i really want to have fun and go out with my friends to trick or treat! but they wont let me!!!!! I have waited for halloween for sooooooooooo long, and i have my costume alrdy, and now i cant go?!?!?! HELP ME!!! i really want to convince them to let me go.

What should my girlfriend dress me up as for Halloween?
I am a 18 year old senior in high school. I am going with my girlfriend she is next to me typing the rest. I am a 5'6 male who is skinny like 120 pounds. I don't know what I should be for halloween. My girlfriend really wants to have fun with this and dress me up as something "cute and fun." We both want it to be something funny that people will laugh at. We have been looking on www.buycostumes.com We do not want to be a stupid couple who goes as like a Prince and Princess. Thats lame. What would be funny but would also be a challenge to dress up as that would be fun. I think my girlfriend is going to be something girly and dressed up and she wants to dress me up and I owe her. I don't mind dressing up as something embarassing. My girlfriend and I are looking for a funny but sexy costume for me to wear. I've seen some good ones. We used to have friends who would throw parties all the time...then everyone had kids and stopped doing that! LOL

One of our friends dressed up as a table. It was hilarious. She made this tall hat with a piece of cardboard, glued on a checked tablecloth, a vase with a flower and an ashtray to the top! LOL It looked so cool.

I went as Pebbles and hubby as Bam Bam one year. I made those costumes so I was pretty proud of those! LOL

Grapes was another cool one....yes, imagine have dozens of purple balloons pinned to you all night long. LOL

One guy came wrapped in foil as the tin man with silver face and inverted funnel on his head...that was cool too!

I'm making a CD for my little bro's Halloween party and I've found good stuff... but NOTHING by female artists (except one song from 'Hocus Pocus').

So far I have everything from Rob Zombie to "Monster Mash."

However, limited amound of 'dirty words' (including derogatory terms like the 'n' word or 'f' word--referring to homosexuals). The party is mainly 8th graders, so no 'f' word (the classic 'f' word, that is).
'A'-word, 'S'-word, and 'D'-word are OK!

Female artists only! I have enough male artists!

Not some hokey half arssed thing with a oversized,silly looking head...there was a store in N.Y. years ago that had one but it cost 250.00 a day to rent...fins lit up, jaw moved in sync with sound, breath flame /fog discharger was included but No batteries..! alas the store is no more...it was a legit store with legit rental rights on the costumes....

Okay, I know how to tie the noose itself. I've done it many times. What I'm trying to do now is tie a fake noose with loops that go around the waist or shoulders to support the body (so that it only looks like you're hanging by your neck). This is for Halloween. I've seen it in a couple of movies. Does anyone know how to do this?

I'm tight on money and really feel it's a waste of money to buy 2 costumes...since most of the Halloween costumes for adults nowadays are like $50 and up...if I was made of money I would but I only bought one costume...I'm going to be a Gothic Vamp Fairy...and I'm attending 2 Halloween parties...one on the 20th and the other on the 27th...and need to find ways to change it up since most of the same group of people will be at both parties. I'm having MAC cosmetics go all out on my makeup for the party on the 27th but what can I do for the party on the 20th?

Any ideas and / or suggestions are welcome. Remember, I am on a budget! Thank you!
