please help im going halloween shoping tonight and need to think or keep somthing in mind i can be im 13!!!
and i have a $30 bidget but dont know what to be im a little more sufisticated than disney charecters but cant be very sexy please help?

Tons. Nurse, jester, a character from a movie. What represents your inner personality? What do you want to be when you grow up? A lot of those make good costumes.
When I was 13 I think I was anti-halloween and was a shadow in all black. If you are wearing it to school all day, you want something comfortable enough to wear all day.
I've been "frozen" (its a frozen kit you can buy and lots of hair gel in your hair, blue lipstick and blue eyeshadow). Probably my favorite costume was gypsy. I wore a broomstick skirt that almost everyone has and borrowed every scarf my mother and grandmother owned. Buy a big wide belt--preferably gold. Big hoop earrings and lots and lots of makeup.
A lot of my friends in high school borrowed a friends costume. I was on the tennis team and one of my teammates was best friends with a cheerleader. They wore each other's uniforms for halloween.
You can wear a jersey and be a jock. Something historic like Juliet or a viking.
Be the villian from a movie. Any friends doing something wtih you? I really like the idea of a group of friends going in together--either Dorothy and all her friends. Several fairy tale characters. A tourist--carry a camera and wear a hawaiian shirt. A foreigner. Pick a country and dress like someone from that country. Japan is a great one b/c you can be current with pink hair and 80s clothing or more samarai/geisha inspired. Scottish in a kilt.
Of course there is always just angel or devil. Anything you like on tv? Years ago I was a couple tv shows--Kim Possible and Daria. Walk through the costumes and see if anything inspires you. Remember many of those you'd do better on if you created it yourself. If you are wearing this to school, I'd be careful with angel and fairy b/c the wings might get in your way.
I'm doing renaissance this year--but I thought about several other things including viking and Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz (since I have a lil black puppy dog).

You could be a crazy vampire! Just wear a black cape overtop, maybe crazy piled up hair, and then do your makeup as follows: paint your face white do tons of black eyeliner and eyeshadow, maybe a bit of red paint your lips blood red have little droplets of blood coming down OR you could be a cute vampire and not go too overboard on the makeup and hair...just do it subtly. It's a great dress and I'm sure you'll find something nice to do with it! Good luck!

sometimes just looking at the costumes and when you see the right one you will know it. I found mine online and I thought that I liked 3 different costumes and then I saw one and I knew that the costume I finally decided on was the one and it was none of the 3 I was considering.

Fairy!! since ur 13 u can do it!! make it sexy, but nothing too bad, like a mini skirt, but u can still make sexy eyes!!
