I not really a dressing up person. But are there another thing I could do for halloween that doesn't involved going trick or treating? Please tell me. Thanks!

I love haunted houses. Something I used to try to do is get some field trips with friends to go to a nearby haunted cornfield or trail. Those haunted trails in the woods are super scary and lots of fun with a group.
Otherwise make a haunted house yourself.

go to a local program for Halloween with friends...or you could start a party or find out if someone is having a Halloween party at your school.

You could hand out candy? I'm sure someone's having a party, if not throw one yourself, im sure there are none trick or treaters like you who are asking the same question

Instead of dressing up yourself, you could dress up your house. You could do it cute, or you could go full out scary. Or you could just hand out goodies, or make goodie bags.

i think it would be super fun to get together with some friends and rent some scary or just 'halloweeny' movies. it would be fun!
