Easter

i personally dont feel that i should teach my child that the easter bunny and the egg hunt ,which are of pagan origin, is appropriate for the remembrance of the resurrection of christ. i dont feel it has any role at all in the celebration of the holiday . i am not a jehovahs witness

I'm having an Easter Egg Hunt for some kids in my family. We will also have a BBQ, but I was thinking that I'd like to do something for the adults, as well. bright colorful plastic eggs hanging on strings that some people decorate their trees in their yards with? I always loved how cute and brilliant looking they were and when I was little I thought they were the coolest things ever. My family never did it ourselves though, too time-consuming, it's harder then it looks and all of our Easter decorations are indoors.
