Foundation of tension tension between Sunni and Shiite!!

Long before any one of us can remember, sunni's and Shiite's have been fighting, or creating a tension between themselves. The foundation can be many if not all of the following, Religon, land, power, i.e. Something or someone needs to crack this foundation, and allow them to create a peace or an agreement on something.

Simple answer: religious beliefs

However, a thesis is an in-depth study requiring weeks of research and preparation.

Compare it to the Reformation and Counter-Reformation with reference to such things as Zwingli's death in battle and Cromwell's attitude toward Catholics in Ireland. Look at such things as the suppression of the Cathars.
