The 19th hole is the clubhouse, or where they usually eat/drink after playing 18 holes. It's where they have a beer or two, or ten.

In general the 19 th hole in golf is the bar at club house where we can get refreshment and meal after we played golf for 18 holes.
But if we are going to play golf for the second round of 18 holes so the 19 th hole is the first hole for the second round.

All the answers, you have received already are correct. The nineteen hole usually refers to throwing back a few cold ones after the game. I have even seen come country clubs have lounges that are named "The Nineteenth Hole." For me the 19th hole means the drive home, because I am usually to tired to hang out at a bar after playing eighteen holes!

It's not "the bar" or "a bar", it's the Clubhouse on the golf course that has a bar in it. Do 18 holes and go to the Clubhouse to finish off the day.

The bar in the clubhouse. That's where everyone gets to be below par.
