If you mean when is it Easter for any year, the short answer is the date of Easter Sunday comes from a mathematical calculation based on the year. The usual answer that its "the first Sunday after the first full moon after the first day of spring" is not correct, though it will often, but not always, give the correct date. The Easter calculation is called the Computus, and uses an imaginary Paschal Full Moon which is mathematically calculated and has nothing to do with the real moon, and the date of spring is fixed at the 21st of March. The reason this was done is a long time ago it was a challenge to get the entire Christian world to celebrate Easter on the same date, so a calculation that worked everywhere was thought up. I don't pretend to understand the formula, which exists in various forms, and which are pretty involved and complicated. You can look up Computus and Easter on Wikipedia if you need more details.
