Christmas - November 2006

I'll be either at my grandpartents place or uncle/aunts for xmas day and Laura will be with me and the family, then boxing day we'll have to head to the otherside of Aus (western australia) to see her uncle and aunt, then come home for new years....

so where will you be and what will you do come xmas??

my mother and father in law always have to buy everyone like 50 gifts (literally), while my husband and i usually just buy everyone a gift or two. should i feel bad that we dont spend alot of money of xmas gifts? as i said in my previous question, are $25 gift cards for each person sufficient this year to walmart, etc..thanks

this year i dont have alot of money or alot of time to spend of xmas shopping! i was thinking about getting most of my family members gift cards to go to a restaurant or to walmart hope depot..stuff like that..does that seem too inpersonal or do alot of other people do this for christmas..do your family members gets offended if you give them a gift card? thanks

My son was born on 9-24-06 and passed away 10 days later on 10-04-06. He was born with a rare heart condition... His big sister Skyla' misses him as his father and I do. Ok, I may have exagerated a bit, but hey!

I have no problem with Christmas as a celebration of the birth of Christ.

Its the Christmas carols in shops from August, the children saying I want that and can I have that during all the adverts on tv!
Sending Christmas cards to work mates, neighbours you rarely want to even talk to! The greasy works Christmas Gatherings!
The Sales that are starting BEFORE Xmas, when you have no cash left.........need I go on? BBbbaaaa HUMBUGS!!!

Okay, I know there are ALOT of people asking this question but no one's answers I see really help me. I'm 13 and have no clue what to ask for as I already have a(n):

We are putting two trees up this year - one in den and one in living room. The one in the living room is a first this year. We are making it a themed tree - "snow & ice". The one in the den will be our old fashioned tree that we will put up after Thanksgiving. .......But I would really like to get started on this themed tree - what do you think?

ok i need help...everybody is asking me what i want for christmas..the problem is that i dont know what to tell them...
i am a 14 year old girl if that helps any...
i dont need cd's because i get music from the internet...
i have a cell phone already and a MP3 player
i don't know of any goood movies out...
i'm not real girly but i'm not a tomboy either because i shop at like hollister, ae, a&f, and stuff like that...
i don't wear that much jewelry either.. it gets in the way..

My family has a fake tree that is 12 feet tall!!! We usually but it up this weekend(3 day weekend) because we ae so busy it takes us literally 5 weeks to fully decorate it!!!!!!!
