I have an opportunity to help and organization with a very good community project. The problem is the organization has also done a lot bad things as well. As examples should you help a tobacco company in a community project? Or help the Catholic Church in a community project even though both these organization have done terrible things and covered them up? Does the opportunity to help out weigh who you are working with or is this "Supping with the devil?"

Why do people agree to help organizations out at Christmas time and give them crappy items? I had referred families for help at Christmas time and one child got a toothbrush and toothpaste. Some may say, it's better than nothing, but I say why give if you aren't really willing to give a child a toy?

I am looking for a program that is very hands on and doesn't cost an insane amount of money. The peace corps doesn't usually take 18 year olds and its two years but if anyone knows of a similar program that would be great. Thanks.

It is SHOCKING that LEADERS?CREAMY LAYERS have GREEDY & eating the space OF WEAKER/NON CREAMY.

can THESE STEPS BE TAKEN TO CHECK GREED?

Where ever yfe candidate is not in ELECTION CONTEST, YFE & LIKE minded groups must SUPPORT INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES who give OPEN SUPPORT for RESERVATION based upon MEANS/MERIT. This must be advertised in local NEWS PAPERS & TV CHANNELS.

# Wherever no one is coming for our supports, we must vote "NO VOTE" under the provision of section 49(0).

# To EDUCATE NON CREAMY LAYERS that CREAMY LAYERS are parasites & SUCKING OPPORTUNITIES of DEPRIVED/NON CREAMY

# To have PRABHAT PHERI(morning demonstration) with COVERAGE IN NEWS PAPERS/ TV CHANNELS.

# To CONVINCE PEOPLE to DONATE 3 HOUR per week & 3% of INCOME.

It is godly act. His blessings are with us.

Use the talents of retired & stamina of unemployed youth.

HAPPY SUCCESSFUL MERIT & MEANS BASED NEW YEAR 2007

I would like to start volunteering, for a non-profit type organization, in or near my community. Where do find local volunteer opportunities? I've volunteered before, and would like to find a long term, teen geared volunteer opportunity, What do I need to start, and what safe web sites have information to link me with safe (!) volunteering opportunities? Also would I need a resume (sort of thing), and where could I find useful tips on writing a resume? Lastly, should I contact representatives for volunteering opportunities through email, or should I stick with phone contact?

I'm in National Junior Honor Society and they require me to volunteer for 50 hours. So far I've got 40 hours from going to a soup kitchen, the school store, and chances I have at school but lately I can't do those anymore due to my schedule. I don't know any of my neighboors either, and I don't really want to try to. And I don't know any of my local animal shelter or nursing home. I live in Jacksonville, FL.
