Question about the APOCALYPSE!! 2007!!!!?

So, because there are actually two different years in the world right now in existence: 2006 and 2007 (since, for instance, people in California are still stuck in 2006; the time there is like 9:45 PM or something), if a meteor hit the planet or something like that and the apocalypse occurs and the world is destroyed (all taking place in say, ten minutes), would history record the doom of earth to have occurred in 2006 or in 2007?

Should I call the cops on my neighbors?

...or join them in there celebration for the new year? It's 10:31pm and they are playing loud music and singing, playing on the drumset and guitars and singing, singing incoherently, running around the neighborhood while singing, drinking and singing, ect... there's even someone crying and singing. I don't wanna hear any ******* singing. Should they have their fun? They're dropping beer bottles in my backyard and my dogs freaking out. The bottles are on his ****, I don't wanna pick it up. This year sucked, agree? Whats the best thing you liked about this year? My neighbors were the best this year... you're all gonna get trashed tonight and wakeup at 4pm tommorrow with a massive head ache. Happy New Year!

Capital Punishment and Jesus?

In the New Testament Jesus is the victim of Capital Punishment. Presummably he is innocent (blood of the lamb and all that). Why then would Christians support the death penalty when the only example is the murder of an innocent.?
