What's the basis for this belief? What is the mechanism you believe determines a personality based on when someone was born? Why shouldn't I dismiss this as gibberish just like palmistry and crystal ball reading and tea leaves or random guesswork - all of which test around about the same in scientific studies for predictive accuracy as astrology does.

First of all, if you're christian, muslim, jewish, or whatever, and you believe in god(s) or godess(es), please use all your restraint from answering this question.

For those who converted Atheism, do you ever miss that feeling that someone is watching over you and taking care of you?

I know that feeling was never real, or at least I don't think it was. But I was watching Dogma the other day (good movie for those who haven't seen it) and there was just one moment when a woman named Bethany had lost her faith or whatever and she just missed the whole feeling of "knowing" someone watched over her. Sometimes I wish god was true, but I know he isn't.

IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED YOU NOT TO ANSWER. IF I GET ONE ANSWER TELLING ME TO READ THE BIBLE OR SOMETHING OF THAT SORTS, I WILL MOCK EVERY QUESTION YOU EVER POST.

I've noticed ancient coins that are over 2000 years old are less expensive than the ones that are 200 years old. Why is that? Sorry that i asked this on the religous board but I didn' know where to put it.

Scarlett Rose... I don't want to send you hate mail. I want to get into a discussion with you. I saw your post and joined up, but then realized the topic was closed. I thought you had some interesting points, and I wanted to go over some of them. How do I put a longer post on here?

In his video tape, he welcomes Americans to join Islam. How can he be so stupid to believe people want want to join the terrible religion of Islam and give up their freedom to live this religion? Islam is a hate breeding religion which includes brainwashing and wants to see people live life like it was back in 1200AD.

At work Ta is always accusing others of being gay just because they either mention or do something effeminate.

So sometimes we act gay just to tick him off. And he usually responds, "You're f***ing gay!"

Could he be harboring a latent homosexual tendency, and merely lashing out at us because we remind him of his hidden feelings?

There are plenty of needy people out there. I'm talking about the poor, the sick, the hungry, and the deserted.

Everyone needs help.

This site at the bottom gives you a dollar when you fill out the survey. If you have love and god in your heart I suggest that you fill out the survey and give it to someone who needs that money.
