Has anyone experienced this themselves? A latino of Mexican descent with very dark skin and curly hair who some might say could be mistaken for an African or African American.

There are Puerto ricans that look Black too,that's why you aren't supposed to judge a person by their skin.

latino really isnt a nationality but the person may have been born african mexican or from hondurass or puerto rico ,, and worked his *** off in the sun for it too

United-Statesians are retarted people that have not realised untill today that "latino" is not a race. Probably what you saw was a black person that was born in Mexico. OOOHHH!!!

Some puerto ricans are black. You all base race on geography instead of phenotype.

I haven't but they do look very similiar to some native american groups.
