This afternoon, a friend of your hubby, (whom you also know and like but whom you both don't get to see very often) telephones and says that there'll be an outdoor concert (free) this evening close to your home.Since she will be in the vicinity, she asks him if would like to come along. He says ok, she will pass by later in the evening. You don't feel like going, you've told him and he's ok with it, although you know that he would like you to come along....(Trust is not the issue here, the friendship btw them is purely platonic).Would you force yourself to go?

belonged to the Masonic Temple (DC/Virginia area) -- neat building. What DO Masons do? Is it more of a religious type group? What are they exactly? My brother was 16 years older than me. All I remember him telling me when I was little is that there are a lot of "secrets" and I don't know what he was talking about. Since I don't know about Masons, I don't know how to categorize this question - will do my best.

It's been accepted that passive smoking is just as dangerous as active smoking. If someone smokes around me, can I sue him/her for attempted murder/manslaughter because he/she endangers my life? If not, why not?

No, I'm not stupid and this is a serious question.

Serious answers please, giving your thoughts about this. Thanks heaps.

Is not life but a dream of the person who dreams it? Would not the illusion reach out to the dreamer seeking to establish that life exists independently of that illusion?
