Personally I don't think it's the worst thing that could happen. I've distanced myself from my father because he has personal issues and I think it's made me a lot more independent than the women I know who grew up depending on their father for support and encouragement.

In your opinion when does a man become responsibel for a child ?

1. The woman should be abel to declare any man as the fathers children with all legal consequences

2. When he is married to the mother no matter who fathered the child

3. If the mother is unmarried she should be abel to put any name on the birth certificate out of the pool of men she had sex with, in case she doesnt want to put the name of the biological father on it, because he ran off, has less money is a felon, whatever, so any man who had a shot at her.

4. Only the biological father of the child should be held accountabel by law, unless another man steps in out of his free will in full knowledge that he did not father the child.

There seem to be two contradictory positions taken on here.

1) When asked why women go to sperm banks, put the incorrect father on a birth certificate, file for no fault divorce and get child support or fail to exercise their full reproductive rights to "saying no", contraception, the morning after pill and abortion and having the child anyway, not to mention claiming women can "have a child on their own these days":

People here claim men do not need a father, or they have a "right to motherhood" regardless of male involvement.

But whenever I bring up consequences of not having a father on a child:

*Among long-term prison inmates, 70 percent grew up without fathers, as did 60 percent of rapists and 75 percent of adolescents charged with murder.

*They are up to 40 times more likely to experience child abuse compared with children growing up in two-parent families.

2) They claim feminism had no hand in it and opt to blame men.

They are contradictory. Which one is it?

Do you think Babies and children or also adults for that matter have a right to their biological father ? In 30% of the cases the name of the father on the birth certificate is the wrong one. Should a DNA test be made mandatory after birth, so that the children can learn weather or not the man they call father actually fathered them or would you say children have no such right ?

With 30% of paternity tests under suspect circumstances now proving that the man involved was NOT the father of the child:

http://www.aabb.org/Documents/Accreditation/Parentage_Testing_Accreditation_Program/rtannrpt04.pdf

And this being extrapolated to the general population at around a 4 -5% rate of paternity fraud (with that number possibly/probably being higher if more tests are done).

And the fact that women are now just unfaithful equally if not more than men (in fact around 4 years of fidelity is all that can be counted on):

http://www.womensinfidelity.com/

Not to mention the existence of no fault divorce and 85% rate of maternal custody granted by the courts, providing a cop out of marriage for women:

Shouldn't we just repeal this law now that we can't really count on women to be faithful and that the marriage contract is not worth the paper it is written on?

If you think about it, there has got to be something provoking the husband!!! I mean, women are "usually" better with words, so since the husband cannot find a way to fight back with words, his only way would be to punch her lights out a couple times in retaliation to her uncanny b1tchiness. Think about it.

Although I am I guy, I am trying to look at this objectively. Looking around it seems that women have this strange power to hypontize men to do whatever they want. Interested in hearing from both sexes here.

Ok, now that I've learned most women like the scruffy look, what about a nice new pair of shoes (whatever type) to go with the scruffy look...I'm scruffy but most times I hate wearing old torn up shoes....i always like a nice pair of boots or gym shoes under some baggy jeans or something....just curious.

I was wondering which country in Africa is said to have the most beautiful women. I am very attracted to black women, and I love black Caribbean women very much, but I'm kind of stuck when it comes to women in Africa.
