Firstly what is a tootie???
Secondly English girls are nice to date and we are not as liberal with sexual favours as other nationalities like to believe........so if a tootie is a loose woman don't bother even coming here as the majority of women here are likely to say seeya if you think this......i would personally give you a slap!!!
Every country has sexually liberated women and as long as there is not too much of a language barrier...............date whoever you want, just treat them well and don't expect too much.
