I have certain music that no matter what, is my foundation. Its probably because its related to all my memories, but I also think its just great music. So do you think that if you grew up with bad memories, the soundtrack would have negative effects on you? Its usually what your parents listened to, and even though you find your own musical taste, that music is always special. I have John Denver, Glen Campbell, Charley Pride, Frank Sinatra, Neil Young, Emmylou Harris. Its comfort music, and I wonder what my life would have been if I heard different music. So how did the music you heard growing up affect your life? Whats your soundtrack?

The teacher said “I will give you a surprise test next week.”
Jeanie stood up and said “a surprise test like that is not possible.”
The teacher was stunned. She thought that there is nothing preventing her from administering the test on any day she wishes. Yet, using a hair-splitting argument, it is possible to show that Jeanie was right, at least logically.

any other real life examples u guys cn come up with?

In a relationship, I often find that the arguments, bad emotions and breakups happen because of talking too much about everything (especially those things that are very negatively emotional). Most psychologists would agree that the problem is that we need to communicate MORE. Do you agree, or should we avoid talking sometimes? Explain.
