I take my rifle out to the range and do some target practice. Its amazing how a semi-automatic gun can relieve stress.

After that I usually go down to Earl's bar and finish off 3 or 4 whiskeys.

After that I go home, kick my cat, slam the door, and beat my wife. While most people would frown on my actions, its a stress relief for me, as long as the sherrif doesn't show up at my trailer like last time when I lost my job at the sawmill. That really sucked balls.

Grab a glass of wine, sit down at the computer, and start looking for another job. One of two results will occur...

1). You find a few great sounding opportunities, and send out your resume. Wahoo! Your moving on! Celebrate with another glass of wine!

or

2). You discover the market is dry, or no jobs compare to the benefits/pay you currently receive. Hmm... Re-evaluation of current position, and another glass of wine.

Either situation will result in a better outlook. You'll have hope for a better job, or come to the realization that your current one isn't so bad.

Have a darn good laugh! Go home, watch the Simpson's or whatever tickles your funny bone and let rip with a few good belly laughs! I'm a bit partial to tickling or a good joke, laughter makes you eel good even when you don't want to! But if you are coming home angry every day maybe it's time to change jobs.

Listen, get a motorcycle- a TT 500 like mine, and after work- not every day, but only the hardest, rip the sh-t out of somewhere... just f--kin thronp that thing with hill climb after hill climb or a gravel pit and doh-nuts... get it out, slip into the 'now' and ride- FTW

i like to talk to others about the bad things that happen to me during my day, but only certain people. I think it kinda helps me sort things out in my own head. and then i can get another persons point of view, but u have to make sure youre talking to a good trusted person.

Currently I'm not working, but in the past when I was I would either listen to music or play the piano or keyboard. Anything to get my mind off of what I was pissed at.

Come home and go on yahoo answers. Then watch CSI las vegas then watch some porn and go to sleep. Thats my night right there.
