There is huge number N of file cabinets,
each cabinet contains huge number K of sealed drawers.

Each cabinet contains exactly one penny in
one of the drawers, and K-1 empty drawers.
All pennies are indistinguishibale.

During earthquake all drawers fell on the floor,
and janitor replaced all the scattered drawers
back into cabinets, each drawer into arbitrary
cabinet, because it was impossible to say
which drawer fell from which cabinet.

In ensemble of identical pennies, what is increase
of entropy per penny?

3 lamps are connected in parallel to a 12V battery. The resistance is 8 ohm in each lamp
- Calculate the current drawn by each lamp
- The power disipated by each lamp
- The total energy transformed by the 3 lamps in kilowatt hour when operated for 12 hours

Please help me with this, my physics exam is tomorrow and i don't know how to do this. Thank you!

We can see only a tiny spectrum of radiation called visible radiation, and not the rest (infrared, gamma, x-rays, etc etc). We can hear only 20 to 20,000 Hz of sound, and not above it (like bats and dogs can). We can smell only a few things and not millions like some animals.
And we base our perception of reality on these in-complete senses. How real is our World? Are we living in a blind mans paradise?

i have designed an physics experiment as below:
Aim:
The aim of this experiment is to use different shapes of mirrors to reflect the sunlight onto the solar panel, and find out which shape of mirror makes the most efficient solar power of the solar panel.
Apparatus:
A solar panel, Mirrors (maybe shape of circle, triangle, rectangle, ect..), wires, An ammeter
A voltmeter
Method:
1. Set up a circuit to connect the ammeter and voltmeter to the solar panel
2. Put a mirror at 45°angel of the solar panel
3. Record the voltages and currents
4. Put the mirror at 90°of the solar panel
5. Record the voltages and currents
6. Repeat step 5 for different shapes of mirrors
i have 2 problems now:1.if i put the mirrors at different angles,i don't know what angles should be chosen to test(i am afraid i miss the best one)2.i have thought of do one shape of mirror each day, start from 9 am to 4pm(the angle of the sun is changing),i am considering the weather won't be the same every day.what should i do?

If the formula for friction is
µR, where µ is the coefficient of friction and R is the reaction due to gravity (actually it is the same value as gravity with the direction reversed).
Where does having more surface area help in a better value of friction and hence a better grip.

In the EDS system, a propulsion magnet lies on the guideway below the train. The train also has superconducting materials. It is said that the train is initially levitated by establishing a current through the superconductor which induce eddy currents in the coils of the rail track, repeling each other to produce levitation. However, once this occurs, how does the train move forwards. How does the propulsion magnet move the train forwards?
