In a desert stands a 6 meter thick sound barrier, such that if you were surrounded by it on all sides, you would not hear a truck running outside, it is dense concrete in combination with sound absorbing cones. You are standing on one side of the barrier,
(in its shadow) on the other side a truck starts .There are no objects in front of you to reflect the sound of the truck back.
You can hear the truck start. Is this right or wrong, if it is right, how can the ball-and-spring model explain transduction of the wave ? Thx a lot, again, we are assuming here that the barrier is really sound proof, truck motor cannot make it vibrate..

A school bus full of pupils was pulling away from the curb adjacent to the school when the driver heard a squeal of brakes behind. He did not feel an impact but stopped the bus to see what had happened. At the rear of the bus, a car had come to a halt some 60cm from the bus with skid marks 64.56m in length on the dry asphalt road surface. Determine if the driver of the car was exceeding the speed limit of the urban area.

If a lightbulb were to emit negative light would it be visible? Would it be the negative of visible(or anti-visible, or totally imperceptible)?

If there is a large release of energy, such as in an atomic blast, does that affect time around it at the moment the energy is released?

If I were right in the "doorway" of a wormhole, and the theoretical device creating it failed and the wormhole collapsed, what would happen to my being?

Would I be dispersed atomically through the universe between where the traversed(as in would I be pulled, or stretched, between the 2 points)? Would I simply be at one end or the other, or split in half? Or would I be dumped whole somewhere in between?

Some hydrogen gas is enclosed within a chamber being held at 200degrees celcius whose volume is 0.025 m^3. Initially, the pressure in the gas is 1.50 * 10^6 Pa (about 1.5atm ). The chamber is removed from the heat source and allowed to cool until the pressure in the gas falls to .95 *10^6 Pa.

If I could go into the centre of the Earth, dead centre I suppose, theoretically if it was survivable and such, would gravity at the core be as much as here? Would it be concentrated in a bubble?

Or does it dissipate as it goes through the layers of the planet, and become less potent at the centre?
