DC current stays consistant and makes sense that the electromotive force would flow in one direction thus causing north and south of a magnetic field. But AC current doing the same thing I don't understand.

Quiet enjoying this, a morning workout to get everyone awake.

I am standing on top of a 1,250m high tower, but suddenly it disappears. After stating, ‘Damn, this could be bad’, I plummet to Earth. 16s later, I hit the ground, but what speed am I going?

Ignore Air Friction, and Wind effects.

As always, this problem is solvable by our Geniuses out there.

1400 hours today, as it is a pencil cruncher, but you do need to say how you got the answer. No marks for just the answer.

Don’t worry. As luck would have it, I was wearing my super trainers today, so I will survive the drop, and will return on Monday to provide the next workout.

I am a christian and I dont want to live forever in heaven!!!

I want to goto heaven for maybe 20-100 years and just die forever not to exist, I dont want everlasting life.

These pastors and my own mother tell me i Will burn in hell for eternity for not having a mind of my own.

I just dont want to live forever.

I dont want to goto hell, but i dont want everlasting life either!!

Why would God force me to stay in heaven for eternality if i dont want to? Why cant i just die in peace?

1. A metal cooler is like a car in the sun--jump on the car naked you'll understand. 2. The air rising off a roof is 130 to 140 degrees (ask any roofer) and then it's sucked into the metal cooler. 3. The cooler also absorbs heat from the roof thur the frame and duct work. (three types of heat tranfer working against it) explain this to me--no one has yet.

If we accept the BigBang theory, during such a huge explosion, if matter travels in all the direction homogeneously. Then what ever was at the core should have remained there isn't it?

So as per BigBang theory, does it say any thing about what was left at the center of this explosion? and has it been observed?

We know that two objects in space are attracted towards each other due to gravitation.

Then why does the earth revolve around the sun instead of colliding into the sun?

At 20 degrees C, a pipe open at both ends resonates at a frequency of 440 Hertz. At what frequency does the same pipe resonate on a partucularly cold day when the speed of sound is 3% lower than it would be at 20 degrees C.
