(Cannnot be expressed as fraction!)?

Famous, highly relevant numbers are everywhere.

Square root of 2
Base of Natural Logarithms
Pi

AND THEY are IRRATIONAL NUMBERS.

But what about

c = the speed of light.

IS C A RATIONAL NUMBER?

Additional Details

C = The speed of light
has been shown to be a Universal Constant.
WHAT KIND OF NUMBER IS IT?

Is there any sort of proof, or has any research been done - Mathematically, or in Physics?

Additional: WHAT KIND OF NUMBERS ARE

THE SO MANY

UNIVERSAL CONSTANTS.

Example: Is there anything, if we can call that a thing, that exhibits a state or quality that defy what we understand about matter. Is there anything that stays permanent( that won't undergo transformation) or defy any known law that describes matter.

I suddenly got up and ran forward at a rate of 10 mph in the same direction as the plane is traveling, would I not be traveling faster than the speed of light? Assumer you are sitting on the ground, what would I look like to you? Please consider this without sighting a mathematical formula or any of Einstein's theories of relativity. If you are considering a theory, please explain why when increasing velocity as it approaches the speed of light, it is believed that mass expands. Perhaps that equation could be rewritten so that the speed of light (c) is not a constant? Again, please consider not what you have been told but what you can deduct on your own.

2) What implications does this have on the big bang theory?

3) What implications does this have on free will?

There are lots of windmills popping up all over the world. Part of this new alternative energy movement. I was just wondering if they have any impact on the rotation of the earth. I imagine one windmill would have no noticeable impact, nor would 1,000. But what if there were millions of these things. Would that make a difference?

Just curious.
