A refrigerator includes a freezer, a fresh food compartment and an evaporator chamber. A supply conduit conducts cold air from the evaporator chamber to the top rear of the fresh food compartment and a return conduit conducts warm air from the fresh food compartment to the evaporator chamber. A fan mounted adjacent the bottom rear portion of the fresh food compartment directs air up the rear wall of the fresh food compartment to enhance air circulation in the fresh food compartment and reduce moisture condensation therein.

Yes , there are 2 methods :
1-Natural draft ,that means the hot air go up and cold air go down inside the refrigerator until temperature becomes the same
2-Forced draft by means of circulating fan

Since air molecules are free to move whenever and wherever air is heated or cooled, there will be convection of air.

Convection means circulation of air if the space is closed one.

Therefore inside refrigerator air circulates even if there is no fan.

ahhmm...

first of all..

what does a refrigerator do?...

it is the place where we store food.. so that they will not spoil or rot...

on a refrigerator.. there is cool air...

why?

it is because.. there are components in the refrigerator that absorbs heat and relases them outside of the refrigerator at the back of it.. u see? dont u notice that.. the back of the ref is hot. it is because all heat inside the ref is there...

so.. what now?

there is no more heat in the ref.. so what's left.. cold air is left.. that's why refrigerator has cold air..

so there is really a circulation of air in the refrigerator!

the cooling pipes cool the sides of the refrigerator and the attract conduct the heat out. that is how it works, conduction not convection(movement of particles)
