We all know from physics that the planets rotate around the sun on an elliptical orbit.But since the moon orbits the earth,which in turn orbits the sun,would its orbit look like a helical spring while observing from the sun?

According to Heisenberg's uncertainity principle it is impossible to measure, simultaneously, both the position and velocity (or momentum) of a microscopic particle with absoulute accuracy or certainity. Why can't we detect them simultaneously?

When water is drained from a tank through a drain hole, the whirl developed on the water surface spins in the anticlockwise direction always in any where in India. But my friend in Australia is arguing with me that it is in clockwise direction always. which one is correct?
