Theres 3 sections here i dont understand. Im not very good at math and this is over my head.

Simplify the following expressions by performing the indicated operations-
1. 3 (sqrt) x * 3 (sqrt) x
2. (sqrt) t * (sqrt) t
3. 3 (sqrt) R / 3 (sqrt) x

Express each of the following radical expressions using fractional exponents.
1. 4 (sqrt) x^2
2. (sqrt)t
3. 4 (sqrt) x^7
4. 1 / 5(sqrt) x^2

write these using only positive exponents (no signs inbetween except on #1 and #4 (division)
1. x^2 / y^-3
2. x^3 y^-5
3. x^2 y^-4 z^4
4.x^2 / y^-1/2
5. x^2 y^3 t^-4 z^-6 w

1.A (X,Y) is the mid-point of BC. B is the point (x1,y1). Show that C is the point
(2X-x1,2Y-y1)

2.The variables x and y are thought to related by a law of the form y=ax(powerb) , where a and b are
constants.

(i) Using the data below, verify that this is to be the case
x=2 y=6.32
x=3 y=7.24
x=4 y=7.98
x=5 y=8.60
x=6 y=9.12

ii)Estimate the values of a and b , giving your answers to appropriate degree of accuracy.
(iii) Estimate the value of x when y =7.50 giving your answer correct to two significant figures
(iv) If one of the measured values ( x , y ) is (7.00, 9.00); determine the relative error in this
measured value of y , to 3 s.f.

for this kinda problem i just had to point out where the first mistake is made when the problem gets worked out. heres the rational expression.

problem: (6x)/(4y^2) times (y^3)/(x^2)
line 1[ (6x)/(4y^2) times (y^3)/(x^2) ]
line 2[ (6)/(4y^2) times (y^3)/(x) ]
line 3[ (6)/(4) times (y)/(x)]
line 4[ (6y)/4x) ]

which line did the mistake occur?
