y(√2-2)^2=64
y(2+4-4√2)=64
y(6-4√2)=64
y(6-4√2)(6+4√2)=64*(6+4√2)
y(36-32)=64*(6+4√2)
4y=64*(6+4√2)
y=16*(6+4√2)
y=32*(3+2√2)

y=96+64√2
