My solution (if correct) is
3x + 4y = 8
4y/4=(-3x+8)/4
2^2y/2^2=(-3x+8)/2^2
y= (-3x+8)/2^2
y= (-3x+8)/4
y= -(3/4)x+8

a) y = (3/4)x + 2

b) 6x + 8y = 16

c) y = -(3/4)x + 8

d) 3x - 4y = 8

I see the equation as letter "c", but do not understand the inequality question.

Its radius in a circle equals one, so a one-quarter circle equals just over 1.57 times its radius. Then 1.57 multiplied by 4 (as one-quarter circle multiplied by 4 to make a full circle) equals DOUBLE pi (6.28318...). So to equal SINGLE pi, its radius equals 1/2, so a one-quarter circle equals just over 0.78 its radius. Then 0.78 multiplied by 4 (as one-quarter circle multiplied by 4 to make a full circle) equals SINGLE pi.

You don't have to give me the answer, i just would like to know where to start:

Show that the curves parameterized by (i, j, k are vectors)
r1(t)=(.5t^2+t)i+(t+1)j-tk
r2(t)=sin(t)i+e^tj+tan(t)k
intersect the points (0,1,0) and that the vectors tangent to the two curves at (0,1,0) are parallel.
