Is there any research showing that frost lines (the depth at which the ground freezes in a given area, typically each zone has its own depth) decrease as the world temprature increases? Is this another way to prove/dis-prove the theory that global warming is happening at an alarming pace?

Since Europe and North America, and Africa and S. America are driftin apart from each other, would they collide in let's say couple of hundred million years?? The earth is circular, so if Europe and Africa are driftin to the right and South and North America are driftin to the left then wouldn't they meet up after a long long time??
