Are you sure it is 0.6 cts. each and not 0.06 cts.? A stone of 0.6 cts. is 60 points, or over half a carat. This would mean your watch was garnished with 64.80 cts. of diamonds - quite a piece!!!! It is far more likely that they are 6 point stones (0.06cts.) which will give you a total of 6.48cts which is 648 points.

.6 carats would be called 6 points for each diamond times 108. sounds pretty gaudy.
