Currently East Africa is starting to seperate along the Great Rift Valley, where would it end up in 50 million years, 100 million years, 200 million years, 400 million years from now?

Well, it is anybody's guess, but we do know now that it is pulling away from Arabia and the rest of Africa right now. It will eventually be its own island, seperate from anything else. This may take 10-20 million years. After a stay in the Indian Ocean for a while, the Indian Ocean will again close, and it could crash into anything from Austrailia, Antartica, India, or back into Africa. That would be in 200-300 million years. By 400 million, it should be a piece of something bigger again.
