What a batty idea, what planet are you from, they say men are from Mars.
There is land under the sea, what do you think it is floating on??
The seas shift all the time as do the land masses. The Sahara Desert used to be covered in water.
We don't need extra land to live, we just need to educate people to use Birth Control.

Yes there is. If you think about the land we live on is really the top of a very large land mass originating from beneath the sea, then you can get an idea of sea land and terrestrial land.
If we get rid of the water, we are dead!

Where do you plan on putting all the water? The earth is around 4/5 water ? It's impossible.

Yes we would, however we would all be dead, because there would be no water. (sea and heat make clouds, clouds rise and travel over land, cloud cools, rain form, rain drops on land and makes rivers, rivers empty to ocean .... what ocean?)
and that is more important than food to our survival.

Sure ! Not much of it arable though for farming. Also we wouldn't have to worry about whalers and fishing quotas. You see, already two more good reasons.
