While taking a bath i noticed that the wall of my bathroom was speckled with golden dusts. I took the biggest speck and crushed it with my fingers to tiny peices. I am wondering if that golden speck is a real gold bit?

For example: in the summer solstice the 0 degree has 12 hours day and 12 hours night and as we go towars the north pole the hours of day keep on increasing until at the north pole we have 24 hours day, and as we go towards the south pole the nours of day keep n decreasing until at the south pole we have 24 hours night(darkness)

I realise that they are both sedimentary rocks and both consist mainly of CaCo3. Also can marble contain a mixture of both dolostone and limstone or is normally found as one or the other?
